In addition to reducing carbon emissions, active mobility (i.e., walking and cycling) improves citizens' health by increasing physical fitness and well-being. In many cases, however, citizens exhibit habitualized usage behavior and - despite the inherent disadvantages - continue to rely too heavily on motorized modes of transport. Promoting a shift to active mobility is therefore a priority for us.
